The Alarm Activation Box (AAB) from the BAKBOX SERIES is Kirkland’s response to providing an active Shooting emergency solution. Many school districts are reaching out to the Fire Alarm Industry to develop pre and post action devices that will work in conjunction with their existing FACP. The Alarm Activation Box delays the FACP from going into alarm mode by 180 seconds unless the Emergency Button is depressed, allowing the school time to analyze the situation and take the appropriate action.
